MABLE

The Modular Architecture for Bootstrapped Learnign Experiments (MABLE) project is part of the DARPA Bootstrapped learning program. Acting as a subcontractor for SRI International and working with Utah State University and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, the CNAS lab is developing a core component in the architecture's control and decision making module.

This component, called the Concept Interpretation Monitor, is responsible for monitoring the internal state of the system's knowledge base and for identifying concepts that may need further refinement and for determining the best version of concept to use during a performance evaluation.
